While the original sub-header on our page stated “we know you know but...”, apparently that is not the case.
Like many things, Japan just does everything a little differently to the rest of the world. And getting this service is no different. It is this very lack of understanding of how Japan is different that makes getting this service for your average foreigner in Japan so difficult. Most shops simply will not deal with foreigners in Japan because they don’t know how to play Japanese Style.
So we have updated our How To Play page to give everyone a little more understanding to how things play out with our service, and to reduce misunderstandings about how our service works.
